Over the years, my dessert preferences have evolved to include just about anything lemon-flavored. My favorite dessert ever, made locally by Chef Dol Miles at Highlands Bar and Grill, is Lemon Meringue Pie. So, for the 4th, I thought I’d try my hand at another lemon-flavored dessert, but in tart form. This recipe is from Elisabeth & Butter’s blog. Her recipes are so approachable and always delicious.
I ended up splitting the dough in half, but used the full amount of the rest of the ingredients.
